Product Availability and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. However, products may become unavailable without notice and occasional errors in pricing or product information may occur. ELENACO reserves the right to correct any errors, update product information or cancel orders affected by such errors where necessary.

Manual Payment, Payment Timeline and Order Confirmation

All prices listed on our website are in Brunei Dollars (BND)

ELENACO currently accepts payment via manual bank transfer. Orders are not confirmed until we receive and verify your payment receipt.

To reserve your selected items, payment must be completed and proof of payment must be submitted via our ELENACO WhatsApp Business within 24 hours of placing your order, unless otherwise agreed by ELENACO.

If payment confirmation is not received within this timeframe, your order may be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Once cancelled, the reserved items will be released back into our available inventory and may be purchased by other customers.

If you require additional time to complete your payment, please contact us before the 24-hour period expires. We will do our best to accommodate your request where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that items will remain reserved beyond the stated payment window.

Accuracy of Account and Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information (including your correct name, phone number and delivery address) for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
