ELENACO is a Brunei-based online hijab label, currently operating exclusively as an e-commerce brand, designed and delivered without a physical store.

Will ELENACO have a physical store in the future?

As ELENACO grows, a physical store may become part of the journey guided by growth and demand.

How do I place an order?

Orders are placed via our ELENACO website store by adding an item to your cart and you will receive your order summary and payment instructions after checkout.

How do I know if an item is available?

Available items will be displayed directly on our website. Products that are marked ‘sold out’ are currently unavailable and may be restocked in the future.

When is my order confirmed?

We will confirm your order once payment has been received and verified.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.

What if I receive a defective item?

All orders are carefully checked and packed before delivery. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photos and we will assist you accordingly.

Do you offer self-collection?

ELENACO currently operates on a delivery-only basis within Brunei.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, at the moment we deliver nationwide within Brunei.

How long does delivery take?

2 - 5 working days after payment verification.

When is my delivery confirmed?

Delivery arrangements will be confirmed after payment verification.
