Payment Methods

ELENACO currently accepts payment via:
- Online bank transfer to BIBD.
- Online bank transfer to Baiduri.

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation has been received.

Order Processing

Within 1 - 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Delivery updates will be provided once the order has been dispatched by logistics team.

Delivery Coverage

ELENACO currently delivers within Brunei Darussalam only.

Standard delivery is available nationwide:
- Brunei-Muara
- Kuala Belait
- Tutong
- Temburong

Estimated Delivery Times Across All Districts

2 - 5 working days after payment verification. However, delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak order periods or unforeseen delays due to delivery slot times availability and logistics scheduling.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order requirements.

Delivery Information

Customers are advised to ensure all contact and address details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. ELENACO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or misplaced orders caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by customers.

If you notice an error in your delivery information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

Returns and Exchange

All items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

However, there are a few exceptions where we may offer an exchange or replacement:
Item received by customer is incorrect or found defective / damaged.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details and we will assist you accordingly:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the item received.

  3. Brief explanation of the issue.

Eligibility Criteria For A Return Or Exchange Request

Items must be in original condition (unused and unwashed), inclusive of ELENACO original packaging with metal logo. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests that do not meet the conditions above may not be eligible for return or exchange approval.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. ELENACO will provide a refund payment receipt once the refund has been processed. Please allow some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
